The notice also warns all citizens of Bangladesh to avoid causing damage to their property. Three provinces are located inside Bangladesh: Commenced Bogra, Dhaka and Bogra. The three governments have recently advised citizens not cross the border into these areas and not to alter boundary walls.

Any person who gifts any property or assets to an unauthorized person is liable to a fine not exceeding 1,000 ticals. The fine may be carried over and the individual could face up to one year in prison. The notifications are executed in accordance to the law of Bangladesh.
